A Chester photography tour is a great way to discover the stunning and unique city of Chester, with a gentle stroll in a small group of people around some of the most beautiful locations.
We'll not only visit other iconic and historic locations such as Eastgate, Town Hall Square, The Rows and the River Dee, but also take in some of the lesser-known parts of the city.

These walks are perfect for anyone who has a camera with manual adjustments, including DSLRs, bridge, pocket compact and mirrorless cameras, or even just a mobile phone.

Chester Workshop Walks

Private walks available from £85.
Workshop walks are perfect for anyone wishing to learn more about their cameras and how to get to grips with their key functions, and they're limited to a small group so that everyone can interact.
We'll be discussing depth-of-field, shutter speed, ISO and how to use them to create unique, distinctive images while taking a gentle stroll around the beautiful city of Chester.

Travel photography also poses some unique challenges - there's always something in the way of the best image - so we'll also learn how to use the space around us to best frame our images to create memories that last a lifetime.
Important Info
The ancient city of Chester has many uneven surfaces, steps and steep hills in places. Please be aware of this before booking. Groups can request a more accessible version of the tour in advance. There are lots of places to stop along the way and public conveniences around the city.

Typically, walks last for up to 135 minutes and cover a walking distance of approximately 3Km. Please choose sensible footwear and although there are some covered areas, suitable clothing.
